Lehigh CHOICES Camp

You are here

The Summer CHOICES Engineering Camp is a popular hands-on learning experience in engineering and STEM for 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade girls. It is designed to provide girls with the opportunity to participate in a variety of fun experiments and projects led by women engineers (students and faculty) from Lehigh University’s P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science.

CHOICES stands for Charting Horizons and Opportunities in Careers in Engineering and Science. Throughout this week-long camp, the girls will be introduced to a variety of fun and challenging activities that are organized by engineering mentors. The camp is limited to 20 girls who will work on a combination of individual and team projects throughout the week. On the last day, after lunch, teams present their accomplishments before Lehigh staff and invited family and friends.
