Lehigh’s undergraduate summer tuition is highly competitive with those of other major research universities. On the graduate level, tuition differs from college to college, and the home college of a graduate student determines his/her tuition level. A very few courses carry fees as well as tuition (for example, each laboratory course in Organic Chemistry carries a $75.00 lab fee). All courses with additional fees are indicated in the courses listings portion of this web-site.
The Lehigh University summer refund schedule is in compliance with Federal guidelines.
Please note that once a student is registered in a web-based course, he/she is carried on the student roster of that course until a formal notice of withdrawal is received by the Registrar’s Office. All refunds are calculated from that point. Students who simply stop participating in a course, or who only inform the instructor of their intention to drop, will remain on the roster and will continue to be financially responsible for the course tuition (and fees if any).
Financial aid for summer programs at Lehigh is limited and largely limited to University and government loan programs. To have the best chance of obtaining financial aid for this summer, please submit your documents to the Office of Financial Aid as soon as possible.
