Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

All summer courses have start and end dates. The tuition refund amount for dropped courses is based on the elapsed time between the start of the course (or semester) and the date on which the Registrar’s Office (or Summer Sessions Office) receives a formal request for withdrawal. Fees are non-refundable after the start of the course.

On-Campus Course following regular semester calendar

For courses held "on-campus" that follow one of the regular semester calendars, the tuition refund is a daily prorated amount based on the number of days elapsed from the start of the semester until 60% of the semester has been completed at which point no refunds are issued unless for medical withdrawal.

Online and Open Learning Courses

In most cases, online and “open learning” courses may individual start and end dates different from one of the regular semester calendars. Tuition refunds for online and open schedule courses that have start and end dates different from the regular schedule are based on the elapsed time (in percentage terms) between the start date of that course and the date on which the Registrar’s Office receives a formal request for withdrawal using the following chart.

NOTE:   No refunds will be made after the start date in seminar courses and open learning lasting one-week or less.
